Dayrise is a casual, evolving Kingdom Hearts roleplay board. The admin's been out of the group game a long time and decided to try and recapture the feeling of old forum threads that grew and shifted with the members. Rules, mechanics, plot, and just about everything else is subject to change as we find our rhythm!
Canons and OCs alike are welcome at Dayrise, and the roleplay will operate in a sort of three inches left of center type of AU around Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts 3. We hope the initial meandering, slice-of-life-ish vibe is something you'd be interested in, and we can't wait to build up these worlds with you! ♡

Darkness; Like most nobodies, Marluxia is able to manipulate this to an extent.
Chloromancy; Marluxia's specific attribute is the ability to manipulate plants, his favorite being flowers.
Doom; A somewhat dramatic name for one of his more powerful abilities. If the move hits, his opponent doesn't stand a chance and will collapse in a matter of seconds. It's a near lethal poison administered through rose thorns that he can manipulate through the air.
Bloom-out; A limit break he's able to perform, that deals massive damage.

The very outskirts of Twilight Town, so remote it's off the map.
What've you been up to?:
After everything that went down at Castle Oblivion, well Marluxia decided being in charge wasn't really for him. The power was absolutely incredible don't get him wrong, but he really wasn't keen on the whole being betrayed and beat up by an infant thing. He's since found that he much prefers to sort of be the muscle. But like. The last call kind of muscle. The muscle you call when no one else will do it.
Haha yeah. He's the best at that job. He really kind of enjoys just, spotting a problem with whoever he's currently aligned, and just... quietly dealing with it.
He wasn't the third strongest member of the Organization for nothing, you know. He does actually know what he's doing, despite his track record of being wailed on by a fetus.
Lately though he hasn't been doing much dirty work because he's actually trying to be good for once? Listen, some shit went down, and now he's feeling like maybe that embryo that destroyed his whole scene might actually be on to something. So now he's like, that weird absentee murder uncle.
God.
He has a cutesy trope now. What has his life become.
Got anyone important?:
Not really sure anymore, you know? You try to kill half of them, the other half backstab you, then there's this third half you piss off to high hell... it's just so hard to keep friends nowadays. And like - why list off people who've got a grudge against you when it's like... everyone?
Though I suppose there is Raxya. She's a spitfire little upstart that's been running around driving some of the older nobodies nutty - because they don't know why she's here. It's hilarious.
How've you been feeling?:
Weird, frankly. This trying to turn over a new petal thing has been kind of awkward, what with all his past crimes. Sora's always been pretty accepting - it helps he uh... has no real idea who he is. But there's absolutely a tension amongst everyone else. Axel's probably super pissed about it, more than anyone else. He hasn't gotten confirmation yet but... he can sense it.
Other than that, he's just playing it by ear. Take it one day at a time! It might be a time of peace for most of the realm, but Marluxia's working fairly hard to try and prove he's genuine in his desire to help.

Other than stunning? :/ Tall, imposing, pink hair and lovely blue eyes. Like I said; stunning~.
Narcissism aside, I've looked better. Though I've also looked worse! At the moment I'm in the most unfortunate uniform, but I've been looking into getting rid of it soon. When I'm not in this leather disaster, I tend to be what most people call casual.
V-neck shirts, sweat pants (especially drop crotch sweats - ten times as comfortable I promise you), loose jeans. That sort of thing. I also like cropped shirts and sweatshirts, but it's been eons since I've gotten to wear any of that. Soon...
